You will receive a personalized itinerary built in Tern, where all of your confirmations, tickets, reservation details, and important travel information are organized in one place. Your itinerary is accessible anytime via a mobile app, Tern for Travelers on App Store or Tern for Travelers on Google Play, or on your computer, and can also be printed as a hard copy if preferred, giving you easy, stress-free access to everything you need throughout your journey.
- Coordinating all travel logistics such as flights, transfers, accommodations, and activities, so you experience your trip, with no gaps, confusion, or unnecessary stress along the way.
- Providing guidance and support before, during and after your trip. I offer expert guidance as you prepare for travel such as destination tips, packing suggestions, and important travel information—and providing ongoing support while you’re away. Should any questions or unexpected situations arise, you will have a travel professional to assist, so you can travel with confidence and peace of mind.

How does the planning process work?

Do you handle flights as well?
Yes, I am happy to help with flight bookings. Airlines do not always make it easy for travelers, and there are backend costs involved in issuing tickets, which is why a $25 fee applies to domestic flights and $50 for international flights. When flights are included as part of a full vacation package, that fee is waived.
I am always happy to assist with premium and luxury air arrangements as part of your journey, but if you are simply looking for the lowest possible fare, booking directly with the airline may be the best fit.
